De Bergense Hof has a very spacious and luxurious guest wing for two persons, consisting of a living room, a separate bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. In the time of the parsonage the living room was called “the hall”, as the pastor received his guests and prepared his sermon there. The room has an original marble mantelpiece, and like shutters and decorated ceiling. The bedroom, situated in the upstairs room, still has the original joisted ceiling and mantelpiece. The preserved original elements do not exclude modern facilities. On the contrary: TV, DVD and internet connection is provided. As well as coffee- and tea making facilities, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven.
The rich farmer’s breakfast consists of regional and domestic products.
Bordering the outer ribbon of the beautiful Brabant village Raamsdonk, De Bergense Hof is located. This characteristic historic farm, a local monument, originates from the 18th century. It has a glorious past. The country house was not only used as a farm, but the building also served as a parsonage with a barn church in previous centuries. The name De Bergense Hof refers to “De Bergen”. It is the original name of the region the farm is located, a higher residential area between the rivers Maas and Donge. At this, also in the old days, hospitable location the present owners started their outstanding B& B after an extensive renovation.
We do have two bicycles free available. Besides we have maps for bicycle and walking tours. You can also use our Fiat Barchetta Cabrio, for the cost of fuel.
Wat en verwennerij. Prachtige kamers, heerlijk bed en een geweldig ontbijt. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.
Fantastisch!! Een absolute aanrader. Heel ruim, mooi en gezellig ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien. Ook met wat minder weer is het hier prima vertoeven, omdat je een hele woonkamer voor jezelf hebt. Een hele gastvrije, vriendelijke en relaxte eigenaar die je 's ochtends het meest geweldige ontbijt voorschotelt dat je je maar kunt bedenken. Ongekend! Met verse eitjes een kaas van de aangrenzende zorgboerderij. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Beste Jaap en Marleen, Wij hebben 4 heerlijke dagen gehad in juliie prachtige B&B. Heerlijk ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt is echt fantastisch.elke dag keken we onze ogen uit naar al het lekkers! Dank voor de gastvrijheid!
Lieve mensen, We hebben 2 nachten heel erg goed bij jullie geslapen, het bed is uitstekend en de kamer die tot onze beschikking stond was voortreffelijk! Het ontbijt eigenlijk veel te goed.. want van alles wil je wel proeven ;-) We hadden het geluk dat het weer ons enorm goed gezind was, dus een dagje naar de Biesbosch met de cabrio was een beleving op zich.. Het was zo fijn dat we inmiddels weer een afspraak gemaakt hebben om in Augustus weer een paar nachten te komen genieten van jullie gastvrijheid!! Nogmaals dank!! Jan en Odi Derks, Rheden
Wij hebben hier een heerlijk weekend gehad. Lekker uitgerust en genoten van de gastvrijheid! Komen zeker nog een keer terug alleen al voor het fantastische ontbijt en de mooie locatie.
En fantastische B&B. Gastvrij en iedere dag een heerlijk ontbijt. Zeker de moeite waard om terug te komen.
