On the ground floor, there is a tea and coffee shop/café. This is where you can have breakfast or pop in for a coffee, lunch, a drink or a light meal in the evening.
A beautiful mansion, not far from the wonderful center of Antwerp, with four nice rooms. Three for two people and one for four, but all with a sofa that can be converted into an extra double bed. The bathrooms have a walk-in shower, one room has a private terrace, the beds are comfortable and every possible modern comfort is available.
In the building next to the B&B, the same owners have a food bar with delicious sandwiches and various dishes and drinks. Your breakfast is served in this bar and you can also join us for a coffee or cup of tea, lunch, a drink in the afternoon or a dish in the early evening.
Surroundings
You can take the bus to the center practically in front of the door. It will take you to all the high lights of Antwerp in no time. You can also easily walk. In that case, the Rubens House is 1.5 km away and the Groenplaats and cathedral are 2 km away. Stadsbrouwerij de Koninck and the Groen Kwartier are just a few minutes' walk away.
History
The special mansion in which the B&B is now located was a diamond merchant's home in the early 1900s with the diamond workshop next to it. Over time, both properties took on a life of their own until the opportunity arose to bring them back together. In 2008, the current owners started their food bar at number 22b. In 2017 they had the opportunity to purchase number 24 and realize their plans for a b&b.

In 2008, the current owners opened their food bar at number 22b. In 2017, number 24 came up for sale. Believing that a neighbour’s house only comes up for sale once, the decision was made quickly and plans were drawn up to set up a B&B as well.
