Are you looking for an authentic holiday home with a rich history in a unique location? De Luysmolen is surrounded by the beautiful nature of Belgian Limburg, has been awarded four stars and is spaciously furnished for eight to a maximum of ten guests.
The house is spacious and bright and equipped with all modern comforts without compromising the original charm. In the spacious kitchen you will find four ceramic hobs and electric oven, a dishwasher, a built-in refrigerator, a fridge/freezer combination, freezer, ironing board and iron, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of storage space. You look out onto the garden from your kitchen - a barbecue is available! - and the adjacent nature reserve. In the lovely living room, a wood-burning stove provides extra coziness on colder days.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with three single beds and one with two single beds. The mezzanine offers sleeping space for a tenth person and a cot and high chair are available. A bathroom with bath can be found on the floor and a separate shower downstairs.
Right opposite the holiday home you will find a coffee house where you can have a good breakfast and lunch and where you can enjoy a tasty piece of cake or a nice beer after a long walk.
The holiday home is located right next to the St. Maartensheide-De Luysen nature reserve, where you can enjoy endless walks. Surrounded by the oak forests and swamps of Grootbroek and Stamprooierbroek and the agricultural areas of St-Maartensheide and Kreiel, this nature reserve is a home to rare birds and dragonflies. The house is also located in the middle of the cycling network, which gives you an immediate connection to explore the cycling paradise of Limburg. Maaseik and Genk are easily accessible for culture and entertainment enthusiasts.
