In the former granary, cowshed and small livestock stables of this old farm from 1870, there are now super spacious and luxurious apartments. So three in total: the Melkhuisje (2 persons), Op Stal (4 persons) and Het Ruiterhuisje (2 persons). In addition, there are two detached Swedish houses, both of which can accommodate 2 people.
Each apartment and house has its own kitchen, wood stove, private terrace, comfortable beds, complete bathroom, cozy sitting area and much more. With the exception of one Swedish house, every accommodation has a private sauna.
Chickens and peacocks graze in the yard and Icelandic horses and Maasduinen sheep live.
Breakfast is delivered to your door upon request.
Guests with their own horses are also very welcome here.
De Heeren Hoeve Carpe Diem is located right next to the De Maasduinen national park and also on a non-main road, which guarantees peace and quiet here. From your house you can walk or cycle straight into the beautiful nature. Worth seeing villages and towns in the area are Gennep, Well, Arcen, Boxmeer, Cuijk and Nijmegen in the Netherlands and Goch, Kalkar, Kleve, Xanten and Kevelaer across the border in Germany.
HistoryThis farm dates from 1870 and was used as a farm for most of its existence. The current owners signed for the last major renovation, which included luxury apartments in the former granary, cowshed and small livestock stables.
