This authentic villa from 1890 is built from South Limburg marlstone and is designed as an intimate 'Petit Hôtel'. There are eight characteristic and hospitable rooms in Parisian style that are equipped with all conveniences and modern comfort. The design of the Petit Hôtel is inspired by the old charms of the city of love; the walls are covered with a typical black and white striped wallpaper, the authentic wooden floors are covered with luxurious runners and large chandeliers in a modern design dance on the ceiling.
The patio terrace, which is located in the private park garden of the villa, can be found at the back of the breakfast room — where you can enjoy a grand café or petit déjeuner in peace. The center of the town is just as close as the beautiful nature of South Limburg.
Villa V is run by Stellina. With her Greek roots and her love for travel, hotels and gastronomy, her passion and hospitality come together in her dream project 'Villa V'.
This characteristic villa made of marlstone is located just outside the center of the town of Valkenburg aan de Geul. With a wealth of history, authentic marl caves, restaurants of all shapes and sizes, thermal baths and well-known events such as the Amstel Gold Race, you will not be bored for a moment here. At the same time, you are within a five-minute walk in the beautiful nature of South Limburg to enjoy the peace and space. There is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity: cultural excursions, golf, cycling, walking or relaxing. By car you can reach Maastricht, Liège or Aachen in no time. In winter the city is transformed into Christmas City, with the largest and most beautiful Christmas market in the Netherlands.
HistoryThis villa was built in 1890 from South Limburg marlstone. After a thorough renovation in which many details were restored to their original state, the villa now offers contemporary comfort in a historic building.
