Landgoed Altenbroek

Rooms, suites, and 2 holiday cottages for 4 and 6 people

These are the highlights

  • This beautifully renovated country house is set in a green oasis.

  • The cuisine at Restaurant Landgoed Altenbroek is inspired by the seasons.

  • It goes without saying that this estate is also the ideal setting for a romantic wedding.

There is plenty to choose from and enjoy at Altenbroek! For instance, there is a generous number of authentic rooms and suites, luxury holiday homes, and a delightful restaurant. The rooms and suites are all unique and distinct, yet without exception tastefully furnished and luxurious. For instance, the beds are of high quality, there is air conditioning and a flat-screen television, free Wi-Fi, a safe and refrigerator, coffee and tea facilities, a bathroom with a bath and/or rain shower, hairdryer and toilet, and for every room, a unique view of the estate and/or the surrounding nature.

The two uniquely furnished, fully equipped holiday cottages accommodate four and six guests respectively and are provided with everything possible to ensure you have a pleasant stay for an extended period. Inspired by the seasons and rooted in the rich flavors of the region, you are welcomed to Restaurant Landgoed Altenbroek. The restaurant consists of the atmospheric orangery and an intimate salon, each with its own character. The dishes are prepared with love and creativity using nothing but the very best ingredients. The restaurant is open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Friday and Saturday. The bar is open every day except Monday for a stylish drink.

From the gatehouse, the long driveway winds its way to this castle, which dates from 1314. As early as the seventeenth century, Altembrouck was a particularly beautiful country estate and pleasure garden, where the Counts of Dalhem and Hoensbroek came to enjoy themselves in the summer.
