Ganda Rooms & Suits

Boutique hotel in the heart of Ghent

These are the highlights

  • In this 18th-century townhouse, the eight unique rooms and suites have been furnished with great attention to detail.

  • The cosy lounge, intimate terraces and a serene patio are all there for you to enjoy together.

  • All of Ghent’s main attractions are within walking distance.

Just imagine: an 18th-century townhouse on a quiet street in the heart of historic Ghent, where you can choose from eight stunning rooms and suites. Each is decorated in its own unique style and differs in size, colour scheme and comfort. The building’s authenticity has not been lost sight of and remains beautifully preserved.

The box-spring beds are Belgian-made, the bed linen feels lovely, some rooms feature an original fireplace and ceiling, whilst others boast an original centuries-old wooden roof truss. To round off the experience, there are several cosy terraces, a peaceful patio, a charming lounge, tasteful décor and plenty of space for art and curiosities. If you can’t enjoy vibrant Ghent to the full here, where else can you?

Tea and coffee are available in the lounge, where breakfast is also served every morning at the long guest table (or on one of the terraces as soon as the weather permits). To help you start your day full of energy, you’ll be treated to a generous breakfast buffet. In the evening, you can enjoy a glass of wine, a Belgian beer or an aperitif by the fireside – or on one of the terraces or in the patio.

Surroundings

Ghent boasts a wealth of unique museums, exclusive shops, restaurants and cafés, imposing churches and historic canals along which it is a real pleasure to stroll. Ganda Rooms & Suites is just a stone’s throw from St James’s Church in the historic centre and a 4-minute walk from the Vrijdagsmarkt.
