Where do we start with the description of this super luxury holiday home that can accommodate 18 to 24 guests? At the heart of the house, or the lovely living room with open kitchen? The large windows overlook the vast landscape and the inner garden from these rooms, while the gas fireplace provides the necessary heat on cold days. We still have to tell you about that kitchen that it is a true paradise for the kitchen princes and princesses. Because how about two dishwashers, an induction cooker, coffee machine, a (steam) oven, a microwave and a large cold store? And if that wasn't enough, there is also the utility room with freezer and washing machine.

As for the bedrooms, there are eight of them. With a bathroom for almost every bedroom – there are seven bathrooms in total and they are all equipped with (rain) shower and sink. The bedrooms alternately accommodate two, three, four or five guests and a cot can be added for the little ones – high chairs and other baby equipment are also provided. The toilets are separate, two upstairs and two downstairs.

Those who do not like sitting still can enjoy themselves with a game of pool, table tennis, darts, badminton or kubben. The relaxation area is directly connected to the inner garden and the terrace where you can also enjoy a drink.

In the enclosed courtyard, the children can have fun with bicycles, tractors and go-carts. The sand table and swing, the inflatable pool and the slide provide even more fun. Not to mention the donkey, the pony and the chickens.

A game of farmer's golf awaits the older children and the mom and dad, while the playing field lends itself to all kinds of group games, a family picnic, or a moment of rest with a view of nature and the cows.

Drinks can be ordered in advance so that they are already chilled ready for you. The best pizza in the area can be delivered if desired. For the nicer days there is a BBQ – quality meat, vegetables, pasta and chips can be ordered. A hamburger meal, traditional pastry, cheese platter or assortment of snacks can also be arranged for you.

On weekdays, the house can also be rented on a B&B basis!

Surroundings

In Heuvelland, an oasis in Flanders, you can walk, cycle and mountain bike through the glowing landscape with its beautiful views that are interspersed by forests. In addition, Heuvelland can officially call itself a wine-growing region with fifteen fantastic winegrowers. Historians can lose themselves in the many traces of the Great War that characterize this region.

History

In previous centuries these were the stables and barns of an old farm. Now you can enjoy a royal holiday. To make this possible, the building was thoroughly restored, but with respect for the past.
