When the entire property is rented by a single group (up to 16 people), the common area offers plenty of space to spend time together.
The four cottages have been provided with all contemporary comforts and equipped with good beds, luxury bathrooms and very complete kitchens. For joint use of the guests there is a sauna. Also table tennis, table football and billiards can be played. Should a company of up to 10 people rent the entire accommodation, the common room offers plenty of space to be together. Internet is also available.
The Backhaus has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the same floor, and can accommodate 4 people. Downstairs is an extra toilet and a separate pantry. The living room measures 40 m2. The old stone oven, which is still in use, is the warm centre of the kitchen. The Heuboden also has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and extra toilet and also offers space for 4 people. The kitchen is downstairs. On the mezzanine is the lounge. Sleeping and bathing is done on the floor above the mezzanine. The Schmiede accommodates 2 persons. Downstairs are the kitchen / living room, and upstairs the bedroom and bathroom. The guests of this house can also use the adjoining private terrace. The largest gueshouse accommodates 6 persons and is also provided with all contemporary comforts.
In the morning, a very extensive and complete breakfast is served in the guesthouse. The guesthouses can be rented on the basis of self-catering.
Surroundings
The village of Nasingen has about 50 inhabitants and is situated in the beautiful German-Luxembourg Nature Park in the southern Eifel. Here, nature lovers and peace seekers will be just as easily satisfied as (experienced) cyclists and walkers. The border with Luxembourg is only 5 kilometer away. There, Vianden, Echternach and Luxembourg City offer plenty of entertainment. Trier is also easily accessible. In the immediate vicinity of Nasingen are several restaurants.

This typical Eifel farmhouse dates from the 19th century and has been in the family of the householder for generations.He and his wife Karin have beautifully renovated the family estate with much love, skill and an almost boundless energy. They have done everything possible to preserve the elements characteristic of this region’s architecture. The three extensions were converted into guesthouses. Luxury and privacy, space and sociability are the keywords here, with lots of hospitality. The Altes Backhaus is surrounded by a park-like garden, and borders the hilly lands and fields of the southern Eifel.
