Looking for a holiday house with character, practically located on a large lake and in a green environment? Dont's look any further. Three authentic holiday houses with al possible modern comfort, divided over two beautiful buildings, can accommodate a total of 27 to 30 persons. Holiday cottages 'Flett' and 'Deele' can be individually rented and also be connected with each other.
Holiday cottage 'Flett' is for ten people. There is an impressive, well-equipped kitchen with large fireplace. On the ground floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first and second floor are the other bedrooms and sleeping areas. One of the bedrooms has a bath and there is also a second toilet. Holday cottage 'Deele' is bright and sunny and offers space for six to twelve persons. This kitchen is also very well equiped. There are three bedrooms for a total of six guests and another six sleeping places for children in the cupboard beds. Holiday cottage 'Fischerkate' has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and offers space for a total of eight people.
Surroundings
The houses have a view of Lake Dümmer. The lake measures 13.5 km², is situated about 10 km east of the village of Damme and is part of the Dümmer nature park (500 km²). Münster or Bremen can be reached within an hour, Osnabrück within 45 minutes and Hannover or Hameln within 1.5 hour.
History
These farmhouses date back to the late Middle Ages. The current owners have renovated the buildings beautifully. Original beams, windows, doors and other authentic details remained intact.

The host
Inken and Christian Klein do enjoy a bit of a business venture. Converting and renovating their three half-timbered farmhouses and creating no fewer than four flats was not something that could be done overnight, but a project that required patience and boundless energy.
