Haus Elmpt offers a classically furnished, bright and spacious B&B room for two people. Located in a separate part of the house, with an own entrance. The luxury bathroom has a light therapy bath. Breakfast is served in the room and can be enjoyed at the table overlooking the garden. Guests can also choose to enjoy their breakfast in the picturesque courtyard if the weather is good.
Haus Elmpt is an official wedding location and has a beautiful wedding hall.
Surroundings
The Elmpter Wald is close by, with many cycling and hiking routes. The Dutch border is 7 km away and Roermond, the Designer Outlet Center and the Maas lakes only 15 km. There are various restaurants within walking distance. Düsseldorf is not far either.
History
The history of Haus Elmpt dates back to the year 1203. In that year this original defensive fortress, built on Roman remains, was already inhabited. The baroque gate tower dates from 1750. These days it is privately owned.

Haus Elmpt is exceptionally well-equipped to host wedding ceremonies. These can be either civil ceremonies, conducted by the municipality of Niederkrüchten, or symbolic ceremonies with a personal wedding officiant. In spring, summer and autumn, it is possible to get married outdoors in the beautiful courtyard. In winter, the ceremony room with its open fire is the perfect setting for a romantic wedding.
