The historic palazzo I Fiamminghi (The Flemings) provides 6 authentic Tuscan suites. Each stylish, with private bath room and an unforgettable panorama of the breathtaking Tuscan hills. There are 4 original suites, 1 spacious romantic suite and 1 family suite for 5 persons.
Breakfast is usually served outside at a long table on the terrace. Tables d'hôtes is available several days per week. There is a large swimming pool next to the villa.
From spring to early November, only week-long stays are available. On the evening of your arrival, dinner awaits and you can taste some wines.
Surroundings
Palazzo I Fiamminghi adorns a hill on the outskirts of a small village, in one of the most beautiful places in Tuscany. The village is located in the magical Pisa-Firenze-Siena triangle.
History
The historic palazzo of I Fiamminghi (1904) is a protected monument of the famous architect Manfredo Manfredi. Dirk and Annemie, a Flemish couple, bought the Roman villa in 2003 and received their first guests after the restoration.
The host
The host
The Flemish couple, Dirk and Annemie, bought this remarkable building in April 2003, started a new life there and, a year later, following the basic restoration of the rooms, welcomed their first guests. Here in Tuscany, everything fell into place.
