At Carpe Diem you can choose from 17 stylish, luxurious bed and breakfast rooms. The suite has a large bath and a double infrared sauna. The four terrace rooms have a private terrace with a splendid view. Of the three comfort rooms, two are suitable as family rooms. On the ground floor is the lounge with its open hearth. When the weather is fine, the terraces invite you outside.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. The chef cooks with a lavish hand and has a passion for game dishes.
Surroundings
Montferland offers stunning scenery. Fields, meadows, wild deciduous woods and far vistas make up a varied, predominantly rolling landscape. A glorious area for walking and cycling. Or for enjoying a ride in a horse-drawn wagon, wine-tasting at the vineyard or a visit to the Palestra wellness resort. There are also several museums in the vicinity.

Speaking of historical heritage: the history of this remarkable manor house, which is literally nestled amongst the rolling hills of Montferland, dates back to the year 1200. When the current owners first set foot on the estate, they knew straight away that they had found their ideal spot. Although a massive renovation project still lay ahead.
