The attractive and natural coloured guest rooms are on the top floor of the former hayloft, overlooking the meadows, fields and woods. Both rooms are spacious and equipped with both a bath and a separate (heavy) shower and separate toilet. In addition, every room has a cupboard bed and a bunk bed, which is ideal for parents with children. The beds are electrically adjustable, and also an LCD TV, a clock radio, a settee and tea-making facilities are available.
Downstairs in the former part is the common area for guests, with an Internet connection. In the spacious open kitchen the host prepares breakfast. By the fireplace guests can read a book or play games. In summer guests can wonderfully settle down in the garden with a view of the fields and the woods.
The whole accommodation also can be rented as a holiday cottage up to 8 guests. On request, guests can join for an honest and delicious three-course dinner prepared by the host. The dishes are mostly based on French bistro cuisine.

Lochem, Zutphen and Deventer are within 15 kilometres’ reach. In and around Vorden are also several galleries and sculpture gardens. History
The history of this farmhouse dates back to 1750 when the farm was occupied by Roelof Olthuys and Berendje Groot Garmel. These first inhabitants and all subsequent generations, who first settled here, managed a farm with cows, pigs and chickens. In the late summer of 2007, the current residents moved into the farmhouse. The family moved from the West to the Achterhoek. Among others to realise their plans of starting a Bed & Breakfast. After one year of preparations the work could start. Where possible, the authentic elements and materials have been preserved or reused during the major renovations. At the same time modern comforts were added.
