These are the highlights

  • The villa is named after the heather garden on the estate, which is home to over 30 different varieties of heather.

  • The B&B rooms are in the villa, whilst the gîtes and the suite are in an annexe.

  • In the cosy lounge, you can enjoy a festive breakfast, as well as lunch and drinks with snacks.


Villa Heidetuin is situated on an old country estate that consists of sand dunes, heather gardens and pine forests. In the villa you will find a bed & breakfast with five rooms. All different but all equipped with all modern comfort and a private bathroom. The library and Brasserie are also located in the villa. The Brasserie serves breakfast, lunch, coffee and tea and dinner on request.

In a separate building are two attractively furnished gites for four persons each. Both equipped with all possible comfort, with a living room and kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms on the first floor. Also located in this building is a double suite. Complete with large bathroom, sitting area and private terrace. The suite can be connected to one of the two gîtes, making this one suitable for six persons. Guests of the gîtes can choose from various food packages.

Surroundings

Bergen op Zoom is situated between Rotterdam and Antwerp and on the border of the provinces of Brabant and Zeeland. Bergen op Zoom offers plenty of culture, shops and restaurants. In the city center are more than 800 monuments. The surrounding nature is beautiful and offers many possibilities for hiking and cycling.

History

The villa was built in the mid-19th century. The trees in the park date from 1870-1920.

If you cancel within two weeks of your expected arrival date, you will be charged 50%.
If you cancel within one week of your expected arrival date, you will be required to pay the full amount.
If you wish to change the date, you may do so free of charge up to two weeks before your expected arrival date. In all other cases, a fee will be charged. Please contact us if this applies to you.
