It could hardly be more ideal, because these two lovely guest rooms are located in a monumental farmhouse that is surrounded by greenery, on an estate and close to Heemstede, Haarlem, the beach and the Waterleidingduinen nature reserve.
Each guest room offers ample space for two guests and has a private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. The box-spring beds are of hotel quality and you have your own - large - terrace, while parking is no problem here. You will also find a (stocked) fridge, an espresso machine and a kettle in your room.
Guest house 'Johanna' has large windows with a view of the farmyard, the meadow and the forest of the Ipenrode estate. Guest house 'Helena' offers a view over the meadow and the paddock, where cows, horses and a donkey roam, with the Ipenrode country estate in the distance.
Surroundings
From Heemstede you can be in Haarlem, Amsterdam, on the beach, or in the beautiful nature reserve of the Waterleidingduinen. Located in the beautiful Zuid-Kennemerland you will find the most beautiful estates and country estates in the immediate vicinity. The Bollenstreek, the Keukenhof, the Circuit of Zandvoort (10 km), the Linnaeushof and the beach are very easily accessible. That makes the Dinkelhoeve an ideal base for exploring the area.

The host
The Dinkelhoeve dates back to 1746, is a listed building and was once part of the Ipenrode country estate. Antoon & Karen Milatz, the current owners of the farmstead, completed the two guest rooms in 2023, which is good news for anyone staying with them. Because this place alone is absolutely unique. And we haven’t even mentioned the hospitality yet.
