Havezate Den Alerdinck

An estate of no less than 35 hectares, in the midst of approximately 500 hectares of nature in the beautiful Salland landscape landscape. The nights here are still un-Dutch dark and the only sound is that of a calling owl. Kingfishers and buzzards feel very much at home at Den Alerdinck. Deer and squirrels are also frequently seen guests. The orchard of the estate has many old apple varieties and next to the guest rooms is a wall with slate fruit with, for this time, rare forms of growth. You can walk straight into the forest from the holiday home.

But now about the holiday homes themselves, because that's what it's all about for you. There are five in total. Together large enough for 27 guests, but also for rent separately. The houses Mimosa and Acacia each offer space for up to five people, are semi-detached and have one double bedroom, bathroom and toilet and living room and kitchen on the ground floor and the other bedroom on the floor. The Boswachter (8 people) and the Bosrand (4 people) are both detached. De Boswachter has one bedroom on the ground floor and a toilet in the hall.The other three bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom. In the Bosrand are the two bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor. House De Bosuil, also detached, is large enough for up to seven guests.

All houses are stylishly furnished, equipped with good beds and all modern comfort and have a private terrace. Each living room has a wood stove and the kitchens are equipped with all possible necessities.

The houses can be rented separately or together. In that case, up to 27 people can stay overnight, and the Coach House can be rented as well, allowing everyone to have breakfast or dinner together, play a game, or watch a movie.

Surroundings

The Sallandse Heuvelrug, Vechtdal and IJsselvallei are counted among the most beautiful Dutch nature reserves. The possibilities for getting a breath of fresh air, walking and cycling are numerous here. Both on the large estate itself and beyond, the Salland nature is beautiful and varied. High-level city entertainment and gastronomy await in nearby Zwolle. Deventer, Kampen, Dalfsen, Ommen, Elburg and Hattem are also nearby. In Heino is Castle Nijenhuis with museum 'de Fundatie'.

History

In the middle of the beautiful Overijssel landscape landscape is the historic Alplaats Den Buitenerdinck. The outside is surrounded by a moat of 3 km and has no less than 35 ha. The history of the estate goes back to the 15th century. The country house, built in eclectic style and centrally located on the estate, was classified as a manor in 1648. That qualification implied a significant number of benefits for the resident / owner. In the vast majority of its existence the estate was privately inhabited. This is also the case today. The current owner has made Den Alerdinck again until it was once: "one of the cleanest places in Salland".
