Surroundings
The hotel is centrally located to the historic heart of Bruges on one of the smallest, most picturesque canals of the many weaving through town. All the important cultural tourist attractions, shopping streets, etc are within walking distance, including many restaurants and most museums.
History
This is where the monastery of the Kartuizerin nuns rose in the 15th century. Later, the monastery building was renovated into a mansion where various noble Bruges families took up residence.
