‘The Hof ter Heebeke is hidden deep in the wonderful Westhoek. On the edge of the drowned meadows along the Heidebeek, a tributary of the Yser, everything exudes tranquility.' The website welcomes you and you are immediately sold.
The two spacious guest rooms are in the main house. Authentic and romantic atmosphere, loved by couples and those seeking tranquility, complete with all the necessary modern comforts such as WiFi, TV, minibar, hairdryer. The rooms are both for two people and both offer extra space for a third person or two children and a baby cot can be added. Of course there is also a private full bathroom for each room.
Breakfast is served indoors and consists of traditional farm butter, farm yogurt, farm cheeses, creamy milk, fresh eggs, homemade jam, varied fruit and oven-baked bread. You can make tea and coffee to your heart's content in the breakfast room and, if the weather is nice, you can have breakfast outside. Also for beautiful days there is also the lovely swimming pond that is one with the landscape around. In addition, there is the hot tub that can also be used in winter.
The oven house has a bar where you can chat together while enjoying a regional beer on the terrace with a view of the butterfly garden.
And then there are the animals of the house: chickens, Juliaan the rooster, a herd of sheep and goats, cats, dog Myre and the Flemish horses that will gladly take you on a carriage ride through the natural splendor of the green Yser Valley.
Surroundings
In the Westhoek you can walk and cycle, ride horses and go sailing. Gourmets can also indulge themselves here, while the unique beer culture is famous. Stavele is surrounded by cultural-historical cities such as Poperinge with its hoppe, Ypres and Diksmuide with their war past, Lo with its Caesarsboom and Veurne near the coast. The seaside resort of Koksijde, Oostduinkerke, Nieuw-poort, Sint-Idesbald are 20 km away. Moreover, you are in no time in northern France where all kinds of coastal villages can be visited.

This square farm dates from the 19th century and goes back generations in the same family. Each generation signed for maintenance and progress, but the atmosphere of that time remained unchanged.
