There are five double guest rooms. Although different in style, all spacious and luxurious and with private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet (furnished by Villeroy & Boch). The bathroom on the ground floor has a multifunctional steam cabin with mist and rain shower. There are also two baths with a whirlpool.
For common use there is a lounge with fireplace and wine cellar from which guests can choose. For nice days there is the sunny terrace.
The extensive organic breakfast is served in the breakfast room. This is accompanied by various homemade dishes that are prepared with regional products as much as possible. Gluten-free and lactose-free, vegan or vegan on request. In the weekend you can also opt for the unique five-course breakfast.
Surroundings
The edge of the Veluwe forest with its sand drifts, heathland and forests is within walking distance. Which means there are plenty of walking, cycling and equestrian horses. The Nunspeet Golf & Country Club and Sauna Resort De Zwaluwhoeve can be reached in five minutes by car. Restaurants in the area are countless and vary from eateries to restaurants with a star.
History
The building in which Het Wellnest is located dates from before 1744.
This former farmhouse has been known since the first half of the 17th century. Moreover, this probably oldest yard of the region is mentioned in various historical atlases. Until the beginning of the 19th century, the farm also served as an inn and substitute for horses.
Nowadays you will find a luxury B&B with the theme of wellness, the name says it all, of paramount importance.

Csilla is from Budapest and Matthijs was born in Katwijk. After working together on cruise ships for many years, they decided to follow their passion and create a place where they can treat guests to good food and drink. They won’t be satisfied until you feel at home with them and are part of their welcoming family.
