Bolt21

If you combine the courage, the self-will and the open character of a loft with the luxury, the comfort and the warmth of a suite, you get SuiteLofts. And that is exactly what you can expect at Bolt21. Although it is better pronounced as Sweetlofts. The lofts are distinctly spacious. Both in square and certainly also in cubic meters. They all have a vide with luxurious, comfortable 7-zone pocket spring king-size beds, an extensive and very luxurious bathroom unit with sanitary facilities from the exclusive Dutch brand Jee-O and a separate toilet.

Downstairs in your loft you will find a beautiful kitchenette where you can sit down to have breakfast, drink a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of wine, or perhaps have a bite to eat. A nice seating unit has also been thought of.

In ‘The Lobby’ on the ground floor, a spacious beautiful kitchen awaits you with an “honesty fridge” containing as many local and/or organic products as possible. You can also just chill here. Read a book, gaze out the window or chat with other guests.

If all suites are booked together, Bolt21 is an ideal holiday home where six people have the place to themselves to be together, while there is also plenty of privacy for everyone.

This location is also ideal for meetings, retreats and coaching sessions.

Surroundings

Bolt 21 is located on a plateau surrounded by valleys and hills. At one foot of the Berg lies Maastricht, at the other the intimate Valkenburg. And in a moon around the farm the nice and friendly village – Berg. For the rest surrounded by the rustic Bemelen and Houthem, Vilt and Terblijt. The nature around is fantastic and versatile. Horses at the front, a quarry on the right and left, steep descents to Bemelen and Houthem and alternating arable land, sunken roads, forests, water pools. The marl caves and the idyllic gully practically form the backyard of this property.

History

The first traceable construction where Bolt21 now stands, dates back to around 1750. In May 2021, Aimée and Ron received the key to this beautiful, cultural-historical, square farm in Berg en Terblijt. A dream! And at the same time an outdated building, which had been used as a farm until they moved in and where a lot of work needed to be done. After an intense renovation that was carried out with infinite energy and just as much love, Bolt21 opened its doors in 2025.
